1.- Once you are at the airport, Just pick up your luggage and meet your Mayan Sky driver at the arrival gate, Their staff will be waiting for you with a poster identifying you and their company and will transport you to the Fast Express ferry dock Their staff can also arrange a pick up at the ferry docks for your return trip.

2.- Ferry Information ― Ultramar - Gran Puerto Cancun

FROM PUERTO JUAREZ (CANCUN):
Every half-hour (on the half-hour) from 5:30AM to 8:00PM, then ferries at 9:00PM, 10:00PM, 11:00PM, and 12:00AM.

FROM ISLA MUJERES:
Every half-hour (on the half-hour) from 6:00AM to 7:30PM, then ferries at 8:30PM, 9:30PM, 10:30PM, 11:30PM and 12:30AM

$35 Pesos (one-way)

3.- When you get to the dock in Isla Mujeres you will find taxis near the dock, please take a taxi and tell the driver which hotel you want to go to. (taxi $5.00-6.00 US to different hotels)
