Sponsorship Agreement

The Regata del Sol al Sol (“Regatta Host”) and ____________________________________________ (“Sponsor”) Agree to the following regarding the sponsors sponsorship of the 2009 Regata del Sol al Sol.

Sponsor agrees to be a (___ Platinum, ___ Gold, ___ Silver, ___Bronze) Sponsor with the benefits as indicated on the attached sheet and additional items as listed herein:

Sponsor shall pay the Regatta Host the sum of $___________ due and payable on or before _____________and provide the additional items listed herein: ____________________________________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________________________________

Sponsor must provide any items to be distributed to participants at least one week prior to the start of the regatta. Provision of banners to be displayed is the responsibility of the sponsor. Banners must be delivered at least three days prior to the start of the regatta. Banners and distributed items will be reviewed by the St. Petersburg Yacht Club for appropriateness, whose decision shall be final. All items and banners should be delivered to the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, 11 Central Ave N.E., St. Petersburg, Florida 33704, Attention Regata Del Sol al Sol.

Sponsor is responsible for providing camera ready artwork for any acknowledgment to be made in Smooth Sailing. Art work must be provided thirty days prior to the start of the month in which the acknowledgement will run. All Acknowledgments will be reviewed by the St. Petersburg Yacht Club for appropriateness, whose decision shall be final.

Sponsor is responsible for sending logos and internet link information to webmaster@regatadelsolalsol.org. for inclusion on the Regatta Web Site.

Sponsor benefits will begin within thirty days of the date of this agreement or as soon as practical thereafter. Regatta Host will use its best efforts to see that all benefits are realized by sponsor but are not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur.
