*Fees: $800- Fees include $550 Entry Fee, *$250 Mexican Fees and Customs charges, tracking transponder, six event wristbands, and six regatta shirts.
Entries are limited to 50 boats and are on a first completed entry received, first entered basis.
A $150.00 deposit is required to hold your position in the regatta payable with your completed application…non refundable after Jan. 1, 2009
Paid entries postmarked before January 1, 2009 will enter with a discounted rate of *$700.
Paid entries postmarked between January 1, 2009 and March 13, 2009 will enter at a rate of *$800.

After March 13, 2009 Paid entries shall enter at a rate of *$850.
All entries must be paid in full by April 10, 2009 and will not be accepted after that date.

The * denotes there may be a change by the Mexican Government Officials regarding fees charged for each boat. Entrants are not required to pay the Mexican Fees and Customs charges to the Regatta organizers, however if not, they will be responsible for entering the country.

Additional fees: For each crew member there may be a $25 Immigration Tourist Visa fee to be paid in Mexico .
Extra event wristbands may be purchased for $50 per person and crew shirts for $15.

Disclaimer of Liability
As a condition of my entry in the 2009 Regata del Sol al Sol, and being fully knowledgeable of the risks of sailing as a competitive sport, I waive any and all claims, charges, losses and liabilities including those caused by negligence, against St. Petersburg Yacht Club, their respective officers, trustees, contractors, employees and members, and against any and all volunteers which may arise from, or in any way be in connection with, the activities of the regatta and its organizers.
I further agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the International Regulations for Avoiding Collisions at Sea, and by other rules that govern this event. I certify that my boat will comply with the most current ORC Special Regulations for category 2 Races. I agree that the West Florida PHRF Rating Certificate filed with this entry is a true copy of my valid Rating Certificate and that no changes have been made to my yacht that would effect her rating.
