Racer Responsibility Clause:
The deposit amount will be refunded contingent upon the return of the iBoatTrack.com satellite tracker (to the address above) in its original good working condition after the race. Please mail the unit to iBoatTrack.com (parent company Horizon Marine) at the address above postmarked no later than May 19, 2008. If you fail to return the tracker by the due date or if you decide to keep the tracker, you will automatically become a subscriber to the iBoatTrack.com yacht tracking service and charged an additional $200 for 4 more months of service. If you keep it beyond the 4 months, you’ll automatically become an annual subscriber and will be billed accordingly.
