Daily tours to the Mayan ruins of  Chichen-Itza, Tulum, Contoy Island and specialized Sport Fishing.

MANY OF THESE GUIDELINES ARE SPECIAL FOR THE REGATA DEL SOL GROUP AND ONLY APPLY TO OUR GROUP.

 

2 nights deposit/pre-payment  with a credit card (M/C OR VISA ONLY, no American Express) is required to make a reservation.  The credit card will not be charged until 20 days prior to the arrival date.  Refund policies are listed below.

  

PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICIES: 


 1. For Full refund: Written cancellation must reach hotel 20 days (for the Regata group only) prior to        arrival date.
 2. Penalty for late Cancellation : TWO NIGHTS PAYMENT.
 3. If guest cancels the stay at arrival date :Two Nights payment.
 4. If guest cancels the stay while being at the hotel; One Extra night of
 payment will be charged as penalty from the date of early departure.
 5. "NO SHOW" :The hotel will save the room for the guest only the first
night of stay. If the guest does not arrive to the hotel  on the arrival
date the hotel will release the room the next day at 12 Noon.The deposit for
the reservation will be not refundable.

 

ADDITIONAL HOTEL INFORMATION

 

TOWER SECTION:  (Pink building with 24 small rooms)  All rooms with 2 beds, A/C, ceiling fan, refrigerator, safe deposit box, bath with shower.  There is a partial ocean side view from private terrace or balcony.

 

CASTLE SECTION:  (18 rooms in Restaurant area)  All rooms have one king size bed, refrigerator, fan, safe deposit box, bath with shower.  There is a partial ocean side view from balcony or terrace.  (NO SMOKING allowed)


CABANAS SECTION:  (31 rooms in pool area) Rooms with 2 double beds, A/C, refrigerator, fan, bath with shower, large terrace facing garden and pool area.

  

CHECK – IN  2:00 PM        CHECK – OUT    12:00 NOON

 

A credit card must be presented upon arrival for the safety deposit box and other miscellaneous charges.

 

CHARGES WITH A CREDIT CARD are made in pesos, not in dollars.  The exchange rate used will be the current rate at time of stay.   12% tax included in rates, tips and service NOT included.
